We’re Mary Sue Williams and Sherry Shellenberger, occupational therapists for over 35 years and founders of the Alert Program® in Albuquerque, NM.
We’ve dedicated our lives to teaching people of all ages the importance of self-regulation. What’s that, you ask? It’s that inner drive that moves us through the day – sometimes frenzied, sometimes mellow, and sometimes attentive and focused.
We’re proud of our numerous groundbreaking products, including books, games, and songs. And after decades of full-time international live trainings, we now offer a one-of-a kind online course. (We even practice what we preach and keep you alert for learning.)
