We’re Mary Sue Williams and Sherry Shellenberger, occupational therapists for over 35 years and founders of the Alert Program® in Albuquerque, NM.
We’ve dedicated our lives to teaching people of all ages the importance of self-regulation. What’s that, you ask? It’s that inner drive that moves us through the day – sometimes frenzied, sometimes mellow, and sometimes attentive and focused.
After decades of full-time international live trainings, we now offer a two engaging online courses, Your Best Self the Alert Program® for All and the Alert Program® Online Course . (We even practice what we preach and keep you alert for learning.) We’re also proud of our numerous groundbreaking products, including books, games, and songs.
